From begrudgingly taking his first yoga class to knowing that he wanted to become an instructor, Army vet Jeff shared how and why he chose yoga was the path he wanted to pursue to help people. From there, Jeff and Lisa first started their yoga studio in their basement and have grown it to where it is today.
