The dynamic dunces are back to talk to the enlightening Miles Borman, a self-styled mens health fitness and wellbeing guru. An advocate of fasting he regularly goes without food for 24 and 48 hours. He talks us through the how, when, why and where of fasting. Plus his personal philosophy, approach and shed's light on the numerous benefits of going without food for set periods. Miles also talks about what it was like to fast for 7 days on a remote hill side in Portugal, his longest fast to date.
Always entertaining the conversation is engaging and illuminating with an individual who has unique insight into a subject they're passionate about. The idiots are their usual convivial selves, asking all the right questions between bouts of silliness, and never straying too far off topic.
