today we are joined by Michelle Young 4th dan black belt in Song Moo Kwan, senior martial arts instructor, and life mastery program director. Michele talks about the C4 programs she uses to integrate martial arts into schools in order to help develop healthy young individuals. Michele and her husband have a martial arts school with over 200 students, and she talks about how she balances being a business woman second, and a martial artist first.
