In this episode of The Melanated Files podcast, episode 11, we discuss love within the black community. This episode grew out of a desire to find a solution to an issue that black women have raised to me on quite a few occasions. The issue is that more than a few black men appear to be disinterested in black women. Black love appears to be in trouble and many are saying it's nothing new. With this episode we have started a discussion where both black women and black men can share their thoughts on this issue. If we are going to move forward as a community we need to do it together. Our hope is that both sides listen to the plight of the other, so that we can work through whatever issues exist and arrive at an amicable solution.
