"But at some point - and I had somebody tell me this and it stuck with me - at some point, just like a rocket ship when it comes up with the payload, what gets you to a certain level, you have to release to go further. Right? And you have to focus on the two or three things that you do really well, your unique ability; and then allow other people to do that because you can't, it's physically impossible for any person to push eight different boulders at the same time. You can do one, maybe two, but you're going to spread yourself too thin and you're going to get in the way of your own growth."
