The first Exorcist sequel ditches the horror and adds fantasy and sci-fi elements. ESP, shared dreams, metaphorical evil locusts, Regan’s new chosen one role, and a Poltergeist style ending do add something new, but most of it makes no sense to the audience. And there’s so much talent, both in front of and behind the camera. The Crew discusses.
