This week we have coach Brenda Crouch to help us. Brenda is a voice of hope to many after getting free from years of domestic violence after a childhood filled with sexual and religious abuse. It wasn't until a gun was put to her head in front of her daughter that she realized she had to change her situation; not only for her, but for her child.
