Lincoln Slagel is the co-owner and co-founder of Emancipation Brewing Company - a delightful "nano-brewery" in Fairbury, IL. Lincoln and his business partner (his dad) build this now beloved brewery in February of 2019 in their very own backyard dairy-barn!
The former barnyard makes for a beautiful, wholesome, rustic-styled taproom that locals and even out-of-staters have come to love and appreciate! The beer itself is also top-notch. Being that this brewery is of the raft-beer variety, it has a big emphasis on taste and beer quality. Lincoln brews the majority of the beer he serves on-site, and even grows some of this own hops as well!
