What we're throwing down on the Table this week is an in-depth discussion about the upcoming college football season from a scouting perspective with friend of the show Mark Schofield from USA Today's Touchdown Wire. Tier 1 and 2 quarterbacks that'll make headlines this year, as well as how the recent NCAA decision that allows student athletes to monetize their likeness will play a factor.
