Marie K has been teaching & training others in yoga & fitness for over 10 years. She always keeps the energy up in her classes & in the entire environment. She is currently the yoga director at Hot 8 Yoga in LA, CA. Her kind heart & ability to inspire & help others (& herself) reach new levels is incredible. She walks what she talks too, as when you just look at Marie K, you physically see & energetically feel pure Strength! We take her classes trying to look like her! Haha!
Marie holds a Masters Degree in Kinesiology & has started working in strength & conditioning for college athletes. She continues to keep herself challenged. For example: In the midst of COVID, she trained, got accepted, & placed in a Bikini [weightlifting based] Competition! What a go-getter, a Fitness Pro, & Queen!
