It’s not until you go through tests and challenges that you get perspective on how wise you actually are. This is exactly how I felt after going through the massive challenge of recently losing my short term memory. All of our experiences are invitations to learn and in my case it has been to learn the art of rest as well as taking my personal health, mental health, and well-being seriously.
