The Berachos of Milah (Tefilah Exploration) Part 1

NOTE: I made a mistake in my translation of the response to the 2nd berachah, according to the Rambam. It should be: "just as YOU brought him into the covenant, so should you bring him to Torah, to chuppah, and to good deeds."
Length: 1 hour 3 minutes
Synopsis: This evening (1/31/24), in our Wednesday night Tehilim shiur, we had a last-minute change of plans. Since the bris milah of the first son of my friends/chavrusas/students/Tehilim-shiur-attendees, Isaiah and Tamar, is scheduled to take place tomorrow morning, I figured this would be a good time to look into the berachos we say at a bris. We went through the facts and then focused on the berachah of le'hachniso bi'briso shel Avraham Avinu. Although this was an unprepared shiur (hence, the word "exploration" in the title), we made some nice headway! בג"ה, we'll continue next week.
