I am really happy to announce this weeks episode with Geoff Craig.
Geoff is Head of Customer Success for a growing start-up organisation YouLive to Travel. I was keen to speak with Geoff as he has a solid sales background and moved from a large corporate environment to a start-up which in itself has many differences and challenges that Geoff openly shares.
During this episode we speak about Geoff's journey from completing a marketing degree, then moving into sales, working for a large corporate organisation before deciding to join a start-up business where he is now thriving. We speak about the approach he takes, adapting to a start up environment and how using video opened up opportunities for discussion when prospecting.
Geoff openly speaks about how and why he chose his own happiness above working in a role he disliked, I think this will resonate with a lot of the audience and hopefully you get great value from this episode.
