250 kilometers divided over 6 days in the burning heat of the Moroccan Desert… that is the Marathon des Sables, one of the most challenging ultra runs in the world. Many people dream of one day running a marathon, but ultra runners take it a step further and need to perfect their training schedule and lifestyle to run these races.
