Episode 7 - Tony Groves. Tony is co-founder of Leadership Training company, Halo Training. Tony’s professional experience spans 16 years in the military and security where he specialised in intelligence operations and risk management in places like East Timor, Iraq, and Afghanistan to name a few.
Tony talks quite openly about overcoming Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and his battle with alcoholism. Nowadays, Tony is a co-founder of HALO Training and helps business executives become more productive by overcoming the challenges of leadership through his lessons learned from the battlefield.
