Erikka is also credited with developing the first pilot BDC for Audi of America, during her seven years with Audi Marrietta in Georgia; being recognized as one of the top sales managers in the southern region; and cofounding the Women of Color Automotive Network (WOCAN), a non-profit focused on empowering minority women in the industry.
