Nick Shivers is a good friend and business colleague of mine. He is one of, if not the best Portland-Metro realtor. Who is a huge philanthropist doing a big program called sell a home save a child. That has been spreading across the country, and parts of the world. We get into philosophy, faith, how it applies to business, how some people in Nicaragua can be poor and happier than ever. While other people in the United States and other western regions can have everything they had ever wanted and are miserable, and why that is.
