Because of her passion for technology, she owns a company called Data Techcon, a data consulting and training company founded on the mission to promote data literacy and diversity in analytics. We spoke about what it is like working in the tech field, how she combats biases in the industry, critical lessons learned, interview tips for those who are going for interviews, and so much more. She emphasized that it is essential to keep learning and know your reason for joining Tech.
