The message of James 2:14-26 is summed up in the final verse: “As the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without deeds is dead.” James challenges us to have a genuine faith, a living faith, one that is evidenced by good works. “Faith and works…fit together hand in glove.” v18 The Message.
