Melissa Griffiths transitioned in the workplace in 2015 at a large organisation. Having known she felt 'different' most of her life, it was a sad family situation that made her realize life 'life was too short' and decided to live her FULL authentic self at 44 years of age. An activist for the trans-community, Melissa gives some great insights for how to transition at work as well as how managers and leaders in the workplace can support those who are transitioning in the workplace.
