TritonLake. The second episode of TritonLake Perform features David Nucifora, the

High-Performance Director of the Irish Rugby Football Union. David outlines his

journey from being a player, to coach, to high-performance roles, as well as the

journey the IRFU’s Rugby Sevens programme has been on since he took charge.

David outlines the goals for the programme over the coming years, and shares some

of the best leadership lessons he has picked up from his career to date.
