SEPTEMBER 6, 2017 - Jeremy Jones started off as a martial artist / MMA fighter. He did that for roughly 20 years. In 2004, he started doing CrossFit to get in better shape for full contact fights. A year later he helped open one of the very first CrossFit Gyms: Diablo CrossFit... They grew the gym business to 3+ locations, nearly 1000 members, as well as coached athletes to a few podium finishes at the CrossFit Games. In 2014, JJ helped start the National Pro Grid League and was the head coach for the San Francisco FIRE … Then he finally realized his passion. Reason for being on this planet. To teach people how to thrive. How to live life better. How to be awesome.
