White talked about her journey from growing up a basketball junkie in a small town in Massachusetts and falling in love with Bentley University basketball, before making her dreams a reality and starring for four years on the court for the Falcons for four years as a point guard. White talked about the transition to the other side of the bench, where she spent 18 years as an assistant for her alma mater, before moving into the head coaching roll for the past four years, including three-straight NCAA Tournament appearances. White talked about building relationships with players, her passion for the game, and why she has no desire to ever leave Bentley.
