At the brunch, hosted at 618 in Freehold, Danielle expresses gratitude for friendship, while Delores shares Frank's proposal practice and her uncertainty about marrying Paul. Tension arises when Danielle confronts Jenn Aydin about allowing gossip, leading to an apology from Jenn, but Teresa is uninterested in reconciliation. The conversation shifts to drama between Jackie and Margaret, with Rachel denying involvement in Teresa's conflicts.
During a heated confrontation, Teresa denies maliciously spreading rumors about Rachel's husband, accusing Rachel of doing the same to hers. Rachel questions Teresa's intentions, prompting Teresa to deflect and insult Rachel's husband's job as a parking attendant. Rachel defends her husband's dignity and calls Teresa a bully, asserting that Teresa's past mistakes invalidate her criticisms. Melissa intervenes, highlighting the hurt caused by Teresa's actions. As Teresa storms off, Delores warns Rachel of potential retaliation, but Rachel remains steadfast, declaring she'll never be friends with Teresa and refusing to be intimidated by her. Delores cautions Rachel to be vigilant, suggesting Teresa's anger won't subside easily.
