He’s a strength and conditioning coach currently boasting a plus handicap, and most importantly the creator and founder of the Fit For Golf app, it’s Mr. Michael Carroll!! Michael talks about being a multi-sport athlete in Ireland before giving up on golf in his teens because of the pressure he put on himself to be good. Thank god (for one of us subscribers to Fit For Golf) he took the game back again in his 20s, moved to California, and has created an unbelievably successful business, trains pros, and can hit up to 176 mph ball speed!
