I am not an Attorney and cannot help legally,

· But there are things that you need to know (and ask) before you hire your legal team

o Do they have compassion?

o Do they have practice federal criminal Defense (experience) for cases like yours in federal court?

o Do they have issues with their state Bar License?

· And the Nuances of preparing for your PSI (Narrative-Release Plan – Allocution), and sentencing.

· That is not taught in law school.

So, why should you hire me - from all the other great experts?
I, too, was convicted of a felony in 2006 for wire fraud; as the sole owner, it was my responsibility, and I accepted that as I, too, had victims.
Counsel and I didn’t pay attention when my judge said in clear English that he didn’t want me back in his courtroom,

· I had an appeal and was told that I had to go back for another 1yr-1day (he didn’t want me back)

The Preparation and Knowledge I lacked – was now completely Front And Center, albeit:

· My appeal versus the DOJ 98% Conviction.

· I never asked my counsel how many they had won.

· Understanding that there is a difference between a Free Standing Camp and a

· Satellite Camp (where the correction staff rotates between the higher security and Minimum)

· Increased Lockdowns and tension as a result of being adjacent to the Higher secure facility.

· My experience with the BOP Healthcare Delivery System and that

· Judges believe that the BOP can handle all medical issues

In 2010, my license to practice was reinstated in full, followed by my slow transition to work with those of you facing the Americas Criminal Justice System.

My concentration:

· Medical Care and its availability, or lack thereof

· Providing you with all that I have learned, Preparation and Knowledge

· Filling that gap with which a few in the criminal defense world are not intimately familiar.

· That’s:

o Preparing For your PSI and the work you need to do, then

o Sentencing where you could just change the Judges impression of who you are

o The what and How you came to be standing in front of the court being sentenced for a felony

· Know how to prepare for prison.

· And how to prepare for a possible early release

My efforts work to Mitigate or decrease your judge's sentence.
