Who's Behind the Bulldog?

In this episode, I talk with Ryan Stevens. Ryan is a new PE teacher this year at Arvada and will be teaching weight training and strength and conditioning. In the spring he will also pick up our Sports Business class for our Sports Business pathway. In our discussion, Ryan discusses how and why he returned to teaching after leaving the profession for a few years. He talks about what he does to continually focus on mental wellness and stress management in conjunction with physical activity in his classes and discusses his excitement in becoming a Bulldog. Ryan is an incredibly positive human being and will fit in fantastically with our Arvada community. Apologies in advance for the low sound.
