I'm back and on tonights episode we are going to talk about rituals. Rituals, you remember before you had kids and you would draw the hot bath read a book, or maybe have a girls night and dress super cute. Now as moms our rituals have changed tremendously. So tonight I go over my rituals and how they definitely have changed and on how we just need some sanity in this world of motherhood.
