A few years after this start, he shifted to become a real estate agent. But around 2008, he sensed that a storm was brewing so he went back to mortgage banking.

Aaron also gives his opinion on if he thinks that we are headed for another foreclosure crisis. I also asked him what some of the main reasons people are not qualifying for mortgages in today's climate and you might be surprised by his response.
