This talk from Self-Realization Fellowship nun Sister Priya addresses the necessity of cultivating a personal relationship with the Divine as a key element in our spiritual journey, as taught by Paramahansa Yogananda and other great souls. Sister Priya shares that Paramahansaji stated that “Each soul’s relationship with God is unique in the universe,” and that “There is a personal element in the search for God that is more important than mastery over the whole science of yoga.” She then goes on to discuss several essential qualities that help us grow spiritually and bring the greatest love and joy into our hearts and lives.  In her talk Sister Priya mentions the practice of the Hong-Sau Technique of Concentration and the Kriya Yoga technique. These along with other yoga meditation techniques are taught by Paramahansa Yogananda in the Self-Realization Fellowship Lessons.
