After growing up with an alcoholic father, she joined her family’s insurance business on the promise that he’d stay sober. When her grandfather passed in 2015, her dad sold the business, forcing her to restart at a large agency where she worked her way up, earning National Sales Leader in 2020. After refusing to write a policy unethically, she was pushed out and moved to a new leadership role, but a divorce and subsequent job loss left her struggling. To supplement her income, she launched aMOOsing Designs, creating cow pun art. Finally, she started her agency, determined to do honest, meaningful work on her own terms. In her first month, she already exceeded her previous best sales month, focusing on commercial insurance and personalized service.
