Adrian and Sarah talk about their achievements at London Marathon, how they were motivated and what strategies they used for training. Views on mental health issues got discussed a little and we touched on the pressure and importance of fundraising and coping with the anticlimax after. We also dived into the ambitions for YTP, got some feedback from Amy who was Adrian’s motivation for YTP. We also took a round of questions from some of the members.
