Happy (almost) Thanksgiving! This time of year is so special because it’s a time for all of us to reflect on the blessings in our lives. We should give thanks every day for what we have. Thanksgiving is the perfect day to start a gratitude journal or to be more mindful of how lucky we are. In today’s mini episode, we are sharing what we’re thankful for.

Sarah’s Thankful For:
I couldn't possibly list everything I am grateful for. I love keeping a gratitude journal and reflecting on something I am grateful for each day like making a trip to Starbucks and running into a familiar face or a friend who made me smile when I was having a rough day. Reflecting on this year, I can also be thankful for my family, friends, and clients who have supported and loved me in each journey I've taken. I am also thankful for the opportunity to travel more. Travel is not something I was able to do much of growing up, so to be able to explore more and take part in conferences that bring me to new places is really important to me.
Shaunae’s Thankful For:
Of course, my friends and family. I know it’s what everyone starts with but it’s the most important. The older I get, the more I realize just how lucky I am to have amazing friends and family members. I’m so thankful for my fiancé, Matt. He’s the best partner I could have ever asked for. We are also so lucky to have three adorable black cats that we love so much! I’m grateful for my career and the incredible people I get to meet. And of course, I’m so thankful for all the millions of little gifts I receive every day. Gifts like my health, sunshine, a beautiful home, good books, laughter, soft blankets, La Croix Water, and so much more. I feel so lucky.
