Ever get that feeling where you don't even know what you're feeling? Mentally, physically and emotionally drained. Nothing's wrong but nothing's right either. You feel weird. And so you beat yourself up over that because you don't know what's wrong or why you feel bleh. We all feel this pressure to constantly be in a good mood, to progress daily and to do a million things. And it weighs on us and we overthink and we make ourselves feel even worse. Today I share my tips on how to get past those funks, to honor yourself, to make yourself feel better, to remove the pressure and how you can move through any rut.
