As the founder of The Hospice Nursing Podcast and The Hospice Nursing Community, James is on a mission to make sure that hospice nurses have the support and education to be successful and satisfied in their careers.

James began his hospice career in 2015 when he accepted a position as an RN Case Manager. He has also served as a hospice admissions nurse, patient care manager, clinical director, and administrator. He also experience as an LPN in long term care, critical care, private duty, and mental health.
