Brent Card is a co-founder and Head of Development at GC Legacy Capital and GC Legacy Construction. Before founding GC Legacy, Brent was a Risk Manager at JPMorgan Chase, overseeing over $4 billion in commercial loans across 25+ relationships. He also served on the planning board for Trophy Club, TX.
Before his tenure at JPMorgan Chase, Brent served as an acquisitions manager for a private equity syndicator, where he facilitated the acquisition of multi-family assets in CA. His diverse portfolio includes stabilized multi-family assets, land entitlement, and the development of residential neighborhoods, including condos and single-family housing.
