In today’s episode, Dr Vignesh Devraj explains how a simple habit of sleeping well can act as a shock absorber, restore your energy levels and prevent the onset of many idiopathic conditions. Before starting to work on your sleep habits, it can help to understand that biologically we are all wired to sleep at night, so if it is not happening, the next step is to identify what are the environmental triggers that prevent us from sleeping well and rectify them.
