We had the pleasure of traveling to Spain to train and talk with UK Grappling legend at the Lilius Barnett Academy in Torremolinos.
We discussed Chris’ many years in grappling and mma from crazy weight cuts to getting on the mats with some of the worlds best grapplers.
Chris tells us about his challenges and successes in running Grapplefest and how his training has had to adapt over the years.
