For the past two decades, I have been blessed to help countless women overcome physical, emotional, psychological, and mental abuse by providing them with the guidance, wisdom, and knowledge they need to heal and transform their lives. I aim to empower you with wisdom, knowledge, and positivity to guide you through healing processes and life. I am passionate about helping women discover their authentic selves and break free from the bounds holding them back.

My mission is born from personal experience, as I was once in a dark, lonely place, suffering in silence from the effects of trauma. But I found my way to the journey of empowered transformational healing, and now I am passionate about reaching as many women as possible and guiding them through the process. I empower women to discover their true selves and break free from the limiting beliefs preventing them from moving forward. To do this, I am a guide who remains open and authentic with the listening ears I wish I had during my own journey while also sharing my own life journey, including the good, the bad, and the ugly. I know firsthand what it's like to suffer in silence, feeling lost, broken, and disconnected from the world around you. But I also know the power of being on your empowered transformational healing journey. You see, I have been on my own healing journey, attending therapy, taking courses, and receiving certifications to gain knowledge and discover a real process that works for overcoming abuse and the triggers of trauma.

I want to help you on your healing journey to rewire your nervous system so that you can claim the inner peace you deserve. That is why I have created the Empowered Transformational Healing sisterhood, a safe space where women can embrace the essence of their soul, strength, and beauty while experiencing inner peace, free from pain, loneliness, confusion, and self-doubt.
