This week we saw the language of the proposed constitutional amendment that we will be voting on in two months. The language says that the amendment will "strengthen the initiative process" - but would it? Would it strengthen or weaken the initiative process? KSL Newsradio's Amanda Dickson asked her guests on A Woman's View. Her guests this week include Natalie Gochnour, Associate Dean in the David Eccles School of Business and Director of the Kem C.
