In today's episode, we're talking about migraines. A migraine is your body screaming for help. Turning off the signal without helping the underlying process that is promoting the dysfunction is not a recipe for long term health.
Lifestyle can and does cure migraines.
Today, we're talking about 7 reasons why you may be getting migraines and what to do about them.
1. Consider eating a diet of near 100% digestible foods.
2. Hydrate!!!

4. Work on your posture. 5. Check your home for mold issues.
6. Look at your hormone balance especially estrogen and progesterone. 7. Consider iron, B12, folate, omega-3 to 6 ratio, vitamin D, RBC, magnesium, all these can easily be tested via blood.

Also, not as easily tested via blood, but if you are doing all the lifestyle stuff consider looking into vitamin B2 (riboflavin), butterbur extract (herb), CoQ10, and melatonin therapy.
