There’s a lot that can be said for social media. One thing for sure is there’s a meme for everything. Literally everything. Life be lifing for us all. Good, bad, or indifferent. If you’re happy, sad, grieving, in love, getting cheated on or being a side chick, there’s a meme for that.
Relationship memes might be the most prevalent shared across social media platforms. In recent relationship news, talks of divorce between the Snowman AKA Jeezy and his wife, Jeanie Mai, has generated lots of conjecture despite no one knowing any real details of their pending divorce. Facing the same marital demise are Teyanna Taylor and former NBA player thrones actor, Iman Shumpert. Considering his role on the hot series The Chi, Iman can find himself mentioned in memes with his thespian co-star Hannaha Hall, better known as “Tiffany”.
With divorce rates looming around 50% for decades, it really isn’t a surprise to hear tales of separation. Some feel marriage is just a business arrangement while others enter said agreement with an escape plan in kind. Regardless of the details behind the break ups, some may find solace in humor because there’s certainly a meme for every scenario.
