I had a wonderful conversation with Kevin Campbell. He's currently at Qualtrics, but he's been doing psychometric research, people data and analytics for more than a dozen years. He's a graduate of the Claremont School of Positive Psychology. He has been at Google and Gallup and a variety of other companies that have given him a unique perspective on everything from performance and well-being, to employee experience, to how we're going to create conditions for people to be successful at work moving forward, particularly with hybrid work. He has a great personal story that inspired him to get into the profession so that is something that's certainly going to stick with me but the whole conversation was fantastic.
