When I was struggling with anxiety, my symptoms weren’t “all in my head”. I was really just malnourished, and vitamin depleted! Because I skipped breakfast (and was sometimes too busy to eat other meals), I’d get severely low blood sugar-- and nearly all of those 34 symptoms!
