So often, we feel like we just crack it, but more often than not, that is not the case, our body and brain have given us signals of annoyance and small amounts of anger that we often ignore, we wouldn't ignore the signals that an engine would give us, we would look into them, we don't expect an engine switch issues just to rest for a night and be fine the next day, so why do we do that to ourselves?
