Dark thoughts; we spend way too much time trying to push down & deny dark, negative thoughts. Spend 5 minutes with me now practicing breathing & acknowledging those thoughts in a safe space. Once we can notice thoughts we can begin to separate from them, and then release them. This guided meditation is a sample of the work we can do together in our private sessions.
