Going off of last week’s episode, we wanted to have our DBFT coach @behealthywithkelsey on to dive further into assessing and improving your relationship with food. Kelsey has experience working inpatient with patients who have disordered eating and she uses that knowledge and experience to help her online clients who are working on their relationship with food and their body.
