Dr. McIntosh Alberts is a Behavioral Scientist and Human Development Specialist specializing in multicultural change management. She holds a PhD and MA in Human and Organizational Development, a Master of Science in Applied Behavioral Science, and a Bachelor of Art in English. With over 15 years of experience at the World Bank, she has recruited, trained, mentored, and coached staff in areas such as diversity, equity, and inclusion. Driven by her passion to add value, she founded the International Center for Empowerment and Leadership, providing personalized coaching to Christian influencers. She also conducts leadership development programs for retirees with an entrepreneurial mindset.
