(Ep. 36) Stop Trying To Control Everything And Just Let Go

It's one thing to say "just let go of control," or "just embrace more trust." But what does that really mean? Actually doing it is another thing because the programs of control that run our lives are unconscious programs that got installed before we could think, when we were in the womb and when we were young children. The ways that we control our expression of ourselves is unnatural. That is to say that it goes against life. Life wants us to be full expressions of ourselves and life is constantly trying to get us to express our fuller selves through the things we encounter. In this podcast I'll show you how to embody trust and experience less fear in your body and life.
