Carole Bernadette Bozkurt is a Sales Strategist and Business Mentor who has vast expertise and knowledge on the subject of sales and marketing.   • Finally, we’ll take aim at delivery and how to keep your clients happy. Remember – a sale is never the end of the story but the start of a journey towards creating loyal customers, people who will buy from you again and again. When you create loyal clients, you create brand ambassadors and people who will speak well of you, recommend you and refer you to others.
